  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate volunteers and homes.

  • Ongoing monitoring of foster and adoptive homes. 
  • Close working relationship with multiple veterinarians and specialists while maintaining professional goals for the rescue and saving lives.

Legal Documentation 

  • Founding of and development of 501c3 charity
  • Continuous record keeping of over 200 dogs per year – includes microchip, medical records, behavior assessments, and specific item needs
  • Maintain current and correct documentation for annual licensing through CO Dept of Agriculture 
  • Follow Federal mandates as related to 501c3

  • Develop plans and goals for students and then hold and work with accountability
  • Counseling and support through all aspects of career placement and college courses 


  • In-depth macro research developed down into micro ex: topic of CoVid into finding a small local non-profit in LA assisting Latina women and children in vaccine accessibility
  • Follow-up of students through their educational career 


  • Assessment of non-profits in order to determine true need of grants; income, outflow, salary schedules, money usages, prior projects, etc
  • Annual reports of monies granted vs. monies needed: Define budget needs
  • Confidential inquiry into personal records of students and families 
  • Determination of major gifts for a total of over $8M 2022 thus far


  • Answer directly to the President of the company

  • Attend conferences (in person pre-COVID)to promote scholarship opportunities
